Perform PSRR testing with analyzers having no dc-bias ports

Focus:
To test PSSR of an op amp, a circuit adds dc bias to the reference signal generated by an analyzer . This circuit allows use of an analyzer that has no dc-bias port, but permits characterization of frequency response at low frequencies.
