This 2 and a half minute video discusses the impact of a high-source impedance (on the order of 1 ohm) on the operation of the company’s dc-dc converters. Effects such as oscillation and triggering of undervoltage lock out are discussed, and demonstrated on the bench. Advice is given on minimizing the source impedance to avoid the unwanted effects.
